Welcome to Duncans Photography Group, a portrait photography business. By using our services, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Service Description: Duncans Photography Group offers portrait photography services to clients for personal and commercial use. Our services include but are not limited to photography sessions, photo editing, and digital image delivery.

2. Payment: A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your portrait photography session. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Payment plans are available upon request. If payment is not received, the session may be cancelled.

3. Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your retainer fee. If Duncans Photography Group needs to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to provide you with a new session date.

4. Photography Session: Clients are responsible for their own appearance, clothing, and accessories. Duncans Photography Group reserves the right to refuse to photograph any person or group for any reason. Clients are responsible for their own transportation to and from the photography location. In the event of inclement weather, Duncans Photography Group reserves the right to reschedule the session.

5. Copyright and Usage: Duncans Photography Group retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal and commercial purposes. Commercial usage requires written permission from Duncans Photography Group. Clients may not edit or alter the images in any way without written permission from Duncans Photography Group. Clients may not sell the images to any third party without written permission from Duncans Photography Group.

6. Liability: Duncans Photography Group is not liable for any injury or damages that occur during the photography session. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any individuals accompanying them to the session. Duncans Photography Group carries public liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by Duncans Photography Group or Duncans Photography Group's employees.

7. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
